Ward Visitor Guide & Registration

From 14 October 2022 onwards, in line with MOH's latest COVID-19 safe management measures to protect vulnerable patients in hospital setting from possible infection risk, we have put in place the following visitor management measures:

  • Visitation is not allowed at Restricted Wards
  • Patients may receive up to 2 pre-registered visitors for the entire admission period
  • Each patient may have a maximum of 1 visitor at the bedside at any one time (limited to 30 minutes per visit) during visiting hours
  • Visitors (including caregivers) are not allowed to eat or drink, sit on patients' beds and use patients' toilets in the wards
  • All visitors are to ensure that they are well and are strongly encouraged to test themselves with an antigen rapid test (ART) on the day of the visit to their loved ones at the hospital

Tower A and Tower B are located at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Tower D is located at Yishun Community Hospital. Please contact 6555 8000 if you have any enquiry regarding ward location or restricted wards.

Hospital ward visits are not social activities but are out of necessity for patients’ recovery. We thank you for your understanding.
