Selecting your accommodation: Our financial counsellors will give you an estimated cost of hospitalisation. We will do our best to provide you with the ward type of your choice. However, availability can only be confirmed on the day of your admission.

Request to Change Ward Class

You may request to change to a higher or lower class ward at any time during the hospital stay, except when the patient is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Change to A Higher Class Ward: Upon your request, a deposit will have to be paid and an application of retrospective charges will be submitted.

**Please note that all services utilised at the lower class will be charged at the higher class rate from the time of admission. Ward charges for the upgraded class ward will be effective from the date of transfer.

Change to A Lower Class Ward: Subject to bed availability, upon your request, hospital charges and ward fees will only be effective when the patient is physically transferred to the lower class ward.

**Please note that this type of request cannot be processed less than 24 hours prior to discharge.

During consultation, our dentist will assess your oral condition and propose a treatment plan for you.

Our dentist will propose a treatment plan for you after assessing your oral condition during consultation. A cost estimate of your treatment will be provided to you before treatment starts.

Accident & Emergency
Attendance fee: $148.50
This schedule is effective from 1 September 2023.
  • This fee is after government subsidy and covers basic investigations, procedures, drugs and x-ray services. Specialised emergency investigations may incur additional charges.


Use of MediSave

During registration, please inform our staff if you wish to use your MediSave to pay your hospital bill. Please bring along your NRIC/passport or CPF membership card. You will also need to sign a Medical Claim Authorisation Form to authorise the CPF Board to deduct the payment from your MediSave account.
